Jonesport Nautical Antiques was founded 10 years ago in Maine. The start was the result of the time we spent boating, sailing, and generally being on and around the water. We decided that selling nautical items would be fun and it is, but it is also a lot of work! Four generations of my family, starting with my great grandmother Sarah Thompson Chew who sold antiques in Shrewsbury, England in the 1890’s, to my son Ben have been involved in the trade, and now we are selling nautical antiques and nautical gifts in our retail store and on the internet.

A Happy Helper!

Our shop is located on Main Street in Jonesport, Maine. The shop is easy to find. We are open in Spring, Summer and early Fall. If you are traveling far, please call (1-800-996-5655) or if you are in the local area call 1-207-497-5655 to be sure we can meet. We have been known to go sailing in the good weather. Maine is a "great" cruising and vacation area. The internet section of the business is open 365 days a year, to better serve our customers.
