Please E-mail us with any questions you have regarding
merchandise on this web site. Do not hesitate to repeat an e-mail, some
may not be delivered and others may be blocked by your ISP.
You may also inquire about other items you may wish to purchase.
Occasionally (seldom) an item may not be available, having been sold after the last update.

Items are shipped UPS Ground unless another option is chosen by the customer.
We insure all items. Items may be shipped for overnight delivery at greater expense.
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends and
holidays. We do not make money on shipping.
If you have the option to ship to a businesss address you will find the rates are lower
and delivery faster,

We accept - VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, AND DISCOVER CARD,
Money Orders, and Personal Checks.
We do not use a shopping cart system, but rather a secure order form
which has worked very well. Credit card numbers may be given using our
secure order form, by telephone, or sent in seperate e-mail messages!
To ensure the security of your credit card numbers we do not
keep them. Not even on a secure server, we destroy them immediately
after the transaction is completed.

page of our website, works really well. If it is late at night, or
if you are in a much different time zone please place your order
on our secure order form.
Taxes: Jonesport Nautical Antiques does not charge state tax on sales
outside the State of Maine. In state we charge a 5% State tax.

Jonesport Antiques will make every effort to ensure
customer satisfaction. If a problem arises please E-mail, or call
1-800-996-5655. We will try to quickly resolve the problem. If an item
must be returned, please call for a return authorization number. Items
must be returned in original boxes with original packing, and in undamaged
condition.
Please examine all orders upon arrival and immediately
contact us if there is a problem. It is unfair and unreasonable to return
an item several weeks after RECEIVING IT.
If we do accept a late return it will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee
plus the shipping charges.
PLEASE NOTE: Items that are not returnable are
special order items, items that have been used, or damaged by you.
We do not sell, share, or trade any information about Customers.
Credit Card numbers are used and destroyed. We do not keep them on file.
Your e-mail address may be used for infrequent newsletters from JNA, and
you will be removed from the list at your request.
